The client is a Miniratna Public Sector Enterprise in the Agri business. It has more than 5 plants and marketing network across the entire India reaching all districts of the country. The PSU also manages recruitment activities of some of the other independent PSU in the same domain.
With the focus of Government on Agriculture and increase of farmers income, the PSU and related organizations were in major expansion mode had open vacancies across many technical and non-technical roles. The client wanted to outsource all activities related to recruitments. The work was entrusted to Diversified to carry out recruitment for more than 10 job roles for all plants and marketing offices. The exams had to be conducted across 10 states in dual language with high security and confidentiality requirements.
The RegisterOnline application was used to receive applications. And manage the candidate life cycle till result processing. Randomisation algorithm was used to allocate centers to candidates to ensure random distribution across centers/locations. The CBT system used to conduct the exam had special security features ensuring no remote connectivity, disabled USB ports and no means to connect to the exam desktop. The centers were disconnected from internet once the Encrypted Question Bank was downloaded on the local servers. The servers were manned by our own resources.
The recruitments exams were conducted in 4 separate cycles with one cycle having around 55,000 candidates which required around 70 centers at 14 cities. Not one single incident of any kind was reported from any of the 4 cycles.
